Well, if you want to get the wrong part again, then follow Gabes advice and get the 15/16" 9.5160R which when you do the math is 23.8125 mm. If you want to get the RIGHT part, you need to follow my advice and buy 9.5128R which is 24mm.

FYI- the 24mm bar is 24.2 mm.
