Gary, the TB water by-pass does not give much and many that have done it switch back due to poor idling... messing with the egr valve could mess up your emmisions test for mot. dont know exactly what you mean in terms of the fuel rail mod, the banjo bolt, yes it would help a little, but as for bigger injectors, nope, only if going FI....

Maybe a 65-67mm TB .. and some j-spec bits ...
