I have done this, If you plan on racing the car, go with the dx, and then do the swap, it is lighter, and the swap isn't that hard. You need the GT ecu, wiring harness, Engine, tranny, shift linkage, hubs, axels, intercooler, fuel pump, coil, igniter and Downpipe. There are a few misc nuts and bolts, dont forget the the sensors on the firewall that are connected to the harness, there is a couple extra sensors on the gt, that the dx doesn't have. The holes are there to bolt them up. The only problem I have encountered in the past is the white 6 pin plug coming out of the chassis harness that plugs into the engine harness to the coil, and igniter. One of the wires on the engine side need to be jumped to 12 volts and that is it. it has been about 9 months since I did one of the swaps, but if my memmory serves my, that is all that is needed.
