no they wont, I have 2 of those thing in my basement,came off my 300zxTT, but anyway they are not like dsm and also with the dsm bypass wont hold that kinda boost on that turbo, 15psi on a 14b is different from 15psi and a holset. youve gone the far,just invest on a really proven bypass valve not factory crack.and the 300zx and most s14 comes with t28 and t25/22 turbo.
