Those rules are very similar to NSW ones from memory.

Injectors im using SR20DET's which i doubt will be noticable through the rails. I mean you will see em, but to the average cop, they will look stock

Nin you were going to get yours engineered werent you? Ive heard of engineers asking to go get bigger brakes etc. Have you looked into it much?
