You'll have to relocate the battery to the trunk, modify the crossmember, and unless you're planing on running a non-intercooled set-up, some slim-line fans are recommended to fit in your intercooler plumbing (assuming you run a FMIC). It seems that a lot of guys ditch the AC too, but if you get creative, you won't have to.
