There is tons of information on what size turbo you should get. I know, I've spent hours reading through, some, of it. All I can tell you is that most guys in that boost range run the t3/t4 hybrid. When I was thinking about dropping the necessary three thousand or so for a "done right and durable" build, I was thinking about using a Garret GT32 family turbo. More specifically this one:

Now, as I have no idea how to read a compressor map that turbo could be all wrong for what our engine is capable of. There are many members on here that could point you in the right direction. Fastest, Radar, Goat, King, Rebel and Stealth all come to mind with successful 2nd gen builds. I already know the advice that they will give though: "read, read, read, and when you think you know what you're doing, read it all again."
