OOOOoOOO... I don't know about your country... but in my village, once the criminal is caught for such atrocious actions, village gathers and a hanging takes place.
Not really but I almost wish...... not really.... well kinda..
It makes my stomach turn to hear about a key-ing.... even moreso from such a great person such as yourself.
