Bottom line is that this can KILL YOU and making excuses for not fixing it is just as dumb as taking it off in the first place. Even something that leaks would be better than something that isn't there.

Dude are you not listening?
I dind't take it off for fun or anything of the sort. The pipe broke in half. It was dragging on the ground. Rather than starting a fire or breaking more [shizzle], I pulled it off. I saved it so I could put it back on when I was available to do so.
As for the cheeseburgers, snapple, etc.
I don't make any stops along the way. Only sometimes if I have to pee. But I don't buy anything along the way.
You give good advice, but get over yourself. It fell to the ground as in "not connected anymore". No use. Fin. Sparks, dragging, etc. Get it? Jesus.
I realize it's dangerous as hell and i'll take care of it. Would you like me to take video of the process so you believe that I put it on? Of course then you might accuse me of photo chopping or putting it on someone elses car, etc.
*Edit* Yeah, I knew it was dangerous but I didn't care. I didn't stop to think about it. For not getting it done at a shop is becuase of money. For not getting together with my friend and getting it back on is because i'm lazy. Laziness is an excuse. I'll give you that. But i'm done discussing this becuase it's going nowhere fast.
