Just to let the world know that this person is a thief, I sent the dude money by paypal for a 2.5L crank and he strait up decided not to send the item or return the cash.
My final e-mail from him was;
"Marurice. If you where in my shoes you would have a diffrent thought about this situation. Now im not trying to give u a sobve story but i have been very ill with cancer. U can believe it or not im just telling u for the record....to many newports and lung problems of the past....so give me until next week to have your money sent back....is that kool...if not take legal actions....once again im sorry i havent been able to contact u like i should but cancer is a bi****ch so take it how u want it....thats how i take it now!!!!!"
Well it has been well over a week now, 04-18-07 was when I sent him the money, it's 05-24-07 today, more than enough time to make things right.
I've also started a paypal dispute;
Item Not Received Dispute Open: Case #PP-285-829-038
He has chosen not to respond to that at all. I am escalating the dispute to a claim as of today.
The person is part of boopi and gloria inc. (boopi spelled without the "e" is how paypal has it).
I don't buy the cancer story, not for one second. boopie0385 is a thief.
