You'll also see SAS in reference to a Solid Axle Swap. I doubt you'll be going to hardcaore with the offroading so a simple 3" body lift and some 33"/35" BFG MT's will probably be more what you're looking for, especially if you're on a budget.

Single cab, short box pick-ups are pretty common around here. I like'em, especially if they're jacked up 7 or 8 inches with some nice meats tucked in the wheel wells. And that's nothing like an S10, at all. It looks much beefier.
