housing in ozzy is in general a lot cheaper, and day to day its similar, but wages in oz are better. i dont like the heat and bitey stuff, so i'll stick with nz. though, if i had to pick a second country, it would be oz by leaps and bounds. the accents arent that bad, and all the ozzys i met in ozzy were really good people. though, i've met a few wanker ozzys in nz... but i guaruntee there are wanker kiwis floating around in ozzy too!!! the cable was just retail plus a discount for looking scruffy in overalls and winding up the yarpy behind the counter. the terminals are no more than a buck or two each not through my family friend sparky. through him though, yes, they are cheap. i keep a bunch of terminals of all sorts on hand for such occasions. those included.
these 6 cases cost about 300nz all together, but retailed for around 2knz if you just walked into a dse...

i got the job soley for the discount, and had a personal policy to spend 50% of the money i earned there also. note the box full at the end of the bed.
