also, like nick just reminded me to mention :-p
you could just use the bell (auto or manual) from the fwd box and weld it to the rwd bell base. you have to be accurate, but otherwise, its a good option. i'd recommend welding fins down the side of the bell over the join to strengthen it as they have been known to explode from high torque and abuse.
