you need to get a tie rod separator. Its like a c with a screw down rod in the middle. You can get them at autozone or damn near wherever for like 14 bucks.
Undo the castlenut, i think its a 14 mm but i could be wrong. Pop the tie rod end loose. spray some lubricant on the inner nut. Break the jam nut loose (the one on the inside) and untwist the outer tie rod end. Do the same only backwards to put it on. Of course you'll have to get it alinged after this but thats how you do it.
