1) View the image in the other website
2) Right-Click on the image and select Properties from the popup-menu.
3) Look at the address (URL) to the image file (JPG or GIF). Highlight the address with your mouse and copy it by pressing Ctrl+C on your keyboard.
4) Go to MX6.com and post the messgae that you want to include an image in. While editing the message click the image button . A small window will appear; paste the copied address into it and click OK.
The image will appear in your message.

Another method to insert the image is to manually type the IMG tag. To do this, insert the [IMG] tag pasting the address into it like this:
{IMG}http://www.byimagehost.com/myimages/image1.jpg{/IMG} but use [] instead of {}
Notice that the beginning of the IMG tag begins with the IMG in square brackets and the end of the tag looks the same but has the slash character to indicate the end. This text in your message will result in the image appearing in your post.
