Pauter rods are indeed stronger and significantly way more proven. In reality, why bother with that much power. If ANY of you have ridden in a 350whp+ KL on the street, you would realize most of the power is wasted. The rest of it, is just a time bomb the stock weak trans.
FWIW, danSAC made is best run by shaving off some power since it resulted in spinning his slicks....then shortly after, his transmission went "poof"
Brandon made 400whp daily, but corrected for altitude and I believe he bend 5 of the 6 rods on that dyno session
So if at sea level, his turtle would be making more power, but it continues on due to being so high up.
