There are the Pacesetter headers, about $160. Often they are not listed for Mazda MX6, but you can find them for the non-turbo Ford Probe of the same years.

A couple people love them (gtdreamdxbudget), other have had EGR fitment problems, other have had problems with rust(you did get your pacesetter headers ceramic coated, right???).

The Pacesetter headers also sit rather low, so some people have had problems with a heavily lowered car (>2"), and the headers hitting the ground.

Otherwise, the Pacesetter headers are ok.

You can always go for custom headers.

Absolutely don't go over 2-2.25" on a Non-turbo exhaust. You'll just loose torque.
