Speaking of which, the guy put some really bad looking stickers on his windshield, (dealership logos), how can I remove those with relative ease without damaging the windshield?
try solvent thinners (car paint thinners) and some wax and grease remover. That would be what i use at the body shop ...

Soak the stickers in thinner and let it set for a while, then test the softness with your finger nail... try to peel it...afterwards a sticky residue will be there, then apply wax and grease remover.... (330 is the "code" i guess we use)
