Been there and done that with the catalogue. I spent an afternoon down at the local brake shop looking at pads. the problem is that the pads for the GD are very short as is the bracket. There would need to be a lot of 'little adjustments' made to the backing plates. The closest I found was actually the Liberty (legacy) items. These are actually designed to be used on a 296mm rotor.
I looked into using the liberty brackets as well, and it comes close to working. The mounting points off the hub would need some modifying. The only problem is that the bracket would mount to close to the edge. Not enough material for it to mount to.
