Yes Id like to know whats going on with this too. I got an email saying my identity subscription was going to run out, but when I clicked the link in the email it pops up with the forum message:

So how does this get fixed? If I dont renew, then the PM limit drops down to below what I have in there, and will max out my PM box. I need to be able to get messages, and dont have the time right now to save all the old ones 1st to MS word or anything...
Also there is no link in my UserCP that has paid subscriptions listed either. I even went into the FAQ and tried to go thru that link, but get that same message...
So Id like to pay please. Everyone loves money, right?
