alright. all that help was really useful but i have a question for you. i have 2 infinity perfect 12's at my house right now but no amp. the subs have single voice coils. the Impedance ( or whatever you call it) can handle a 4 ohm load per sub. watts that the subs can handle are 1400 max and 350 rms. So here is my question. should i be looking for an amp that is 300 x 2 at 4 ohms or 300 x 2 at 2 ohms. it sounds like i should get the 4 ohm amp because you preached about the stability of having 4 ohms. if this is the case than what amps would you recommend for these subs.
