I also do not see anyone having a bad taste in their mouth. They always have the option to go somewhere else if they are not happy with the price. When you do quality work people tend to overlook little things like 10 extra bucks for powder.
I think you understand my point. If it's an odd color, go ahead and charge them and ship it to them. If it's black wrinkle or silver (both very common VC colors), then having an extra little bit on hand doesn't hurt you in the least as long as you don't start charging everyone the $50 for the pair plus $3 for common powder colors.

Then again, maybe that's the way to go. Charge $50 for the pair blasted and painted, plus cost of powder. You could have a list of what you consider common colors and their prices. Then as others come up, figure out how much it is to order 4-6 ounces and you'll know the price from that point on for others.

Word of advice, be sure to keep your powder very well sealed, and don't powder on rainy days. That little bit of moisture on a rainy day getting mixed in with the air in the bottle can cause surprises next time around.

Have you had to blast off PC yet? It can be challenging.

Speaking of which, what's your blasting media out of curiosity.
