Contact the manufacturer then and verify that they do indeed make one. Id say if this is the ONLY thing you have found, its worth a shot, plus they probably do have teh 4ws tank. Or call a body shop and see if they can help.
It is not unlikely that that dealer has discontinued the part. They have discontinued MANY parts for our cars, and gas tanks are not something a single dealer would typically stock. The local Mazda Distributor in Sugar Land, TX recently liquidated their stuff and I bought some.
