well i'll search around and if i can't make a set for less than say 150 or so i may just have you retro a set for me. I am finally starting to get above water as far as money issues go. Nothing like paying rent on a place you don't live at and paying rent for your new place in the same month

The hardware I'm using will set you back at least $350. This includes the projectors (both E46 and ES300), bulbs, ballasts and igniter's. It will be lots cheaper if you use the eBay HID crap, though. Probably knock off about $200 or so off of the above total. Granted, most people are going to stick with the stock foglights, or a set of non-GT headlights. This is in no shape or form, a cheap modification. It's too bad that no one made an aftermarket projector like the integra's...then it would be much much easier to do this retrofit

well i just meant for the headlights themselves, not the entire system.
For right now i just want something that will clean it up. My integra's headlights look bueatiful with silverstars. Its actually enough light to show a bit of a cut off and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I love your set up but for the time being i just want some better night vision. Feel me dawg? Yo' headlights are fo sho mad tight. |

Yes...I feel ya...but you have to remember, your Integra light output is through projectors, not through 3/16" heavily fluted glass and a metal shield!
I could theoretically just put the stock glass back on...but that ruins the cutoff and everything that is worth HID, IMO. ![]() I might be picking up some Polycarbonate today...depends in Tap Plastics is open today or not. |

well i was going to either polish the glass down so the grid is gone or do what your doing. Depending on whats cheaper. But i dont' really know of anywhere around here when i can have plastic custom molded. Either way i'm sure i'll start after i repaint here in another month or so. I'm planning on sanding it and doing body repair for 2 weeks. Just take it apart and look it all over before i just sand and spray.

i think i'm going to try to make some plastic headlight covers and see how they come out. If i'm lucky they'll look good enough for me to mix black and possibly make a set of smoked headlight covers.
Honestly i hate em, but somebody might want a set. |
