Nah thats the factory carpet, the jap manufactured MX6's must have had a better carpet supplier

when i turn the key it'll beep, without giving me a code or any lights on the dash, nothing. just consecutive beeping... what is it!?

What do you mean "contact glue" ? Maybe a name brand would make it easier to understand. FYI- I used spray glue and that was a huge mistake- didnt hold for anything.

Here's the stuff, it's commonly used for sticking laminates to bench tops or sticking a sole back onto a shoe, etc.
The kind off stuff that you never want to seperate.
