Find someone who knows how to sew, take some cheap seatcovers, cut them a little and sew them to fit. The thing that looks the worst is a seatcover covering the headrest, cut a hole for the headrest to go through and it will look a lot better.

The very best seat covers made for any vehicle with a precise fit is Car Seat Covers by Wet Okole Hawaii The seats are tailor made for each vehicle, fit perfect and made of neoprene. The closest thing to racing seats available and will almost look like them once you install the covers since you can have the colors/piping to your specs. I have also found since they do logo embroidering as well, the Ford group of logos include a "GT" logo which would match nicely to anyones mx6. Take a look as these covers are truly impressive to say the least.
