I'm thinking of making those red reflectors on the rear of our cars into funtional side markers. I think this will look pretty cool and shouldn't be too hard to do. I am planning on wiring them into the tail lights but am wondering if this will cause any kind of negative side effects to the cars electical system..

It's not too bad, I just took some like the front and wired them to the tailights. The problem is cutting the trim piece from the bumper to make it fit.
