You can't change the spring rate by adjusting them, only the ride height and (somewhat) the preload on each wheel.
u must have miss read what he have said, he's gonna get adjustable shocks. so he can stiffen up the dampening on the rear shocks to reduse rear end diving. u can install stiffer springs, but the struts can help as well. but installing just stiffer springs will make the rear end just bouncy.

I did take a lot of weight off, I really don't feel like making the huge list right now, but I will eventually. Can't wait for wednesday, hopefully I can break into the 12's. Has anyone hit 12's on the stock motor and a stock/t-bird turbo?
