fitting t3/t4 with big wastegate

Hey, the turbo I got for my car is an aiResearch t3/t4. I had Ryan try to weld it onto the stock manifold for me, or weld a flange on and then put the turbo on that, but the wastegate is too big and comes so close to the block that with the coolant lines running in front of the block, the turbo will not fit. we've tried slightly rotating the turbo so the wastegate doesn't come so close to the block, but that didn't work. I know some people on here have run t3/t4's on their f2's, so I'm hoping someone can fill me in on the secret on how to run one of these. I don't wanna have to try to find a new turbo...
anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated...I'll try to get a pic up...

tada. the picture is of the turbo in a box before I clocked it or anything...but you can see the big wastegate.
thanks guys,
Zach

Cut the bracket and make your own/allow yourself to move it however you need to, or use an entirely different wastegate.

that's kinda what we started doing last night. ryan flattened it out, and I guess we're gonna use the same bracked but cut another hole in it or something.

well, we banged the [shizzle] out of the wastegate bracket, and I guess ryan figured out a way for it to fit...I think he drilled another hole through the bracket and welded it all up.
