Making a Turbo Adapter

I am looking at making an adapter to put a T3 on my F2T. I have a T3 that I can use to get the measurements from but I don't have a spare exhaust manifold to get measurements. Does anyone have the measurements of the stock flange?

Thanks

sure. i measure;

75mmx75mm outside edge
56mm between stud centres (not the diagonal, but square rather)
and 45mm id for the port.....

is this what you were after?
apologies if metric isn't your preference.

Cant give you anymore Karma right now, this pic of your manifold is an amazing example, when it comes to showing people different ways of custom fiting a turbo to there car, there eyes light up and they marvel at it's simplicity and brilliance.
It eleviates some of the fear they have tward custom fitting a turbo.

I myself am having a couple custom many's made, but two of my friends whant to run your many set up, remember, copying is a form of flattery.

So on behalf of everyone this helped/helpes: Thank for posting this pic!

You guys should hold an f2t meet in Melbourne, I keep seing Melbourners online here and @ 626.net. popular engine. (if so, take pics).

Thats simplicity at its finest there. For some reason I really like that manifold.

Why do you need to make a T3 flange? They're available everywhere for around $15. Just order one. You're not going to be able to bolt the T3 flange to the F2T manifold so knowing the measurments is useless since you'll have to weld the T3 flange to it anyways.

I was just trying to get an Idea of how the IHI flange compares to a T3 and to see how much, if any modifications were required to weld on the T3 flange.
The pics and info that has been posted has been very helpful!

that manifold is $15 in materials and probably another 25 if you have someone weld it. but i think it would be lag city. there is nothing directing the exhaust to the turbo.

ya can't spell CRAP without APC

Agreed! Imagine the turbulance created from the exhaust gases crashing straight into the end of the manifold. IMHO, the stock manifold craps all over it! You would use a design like that for an inlet manifold, not exhaust. Good effort though, and it obviously does the job.
