idle problems

I have a 91 gt my main issue is the idle it is average between 1400 and 1500, also now it has begun to fluxuate from about 1300 up to 16-1700. is there just an idle adjustment screw that i would need to tweak to resolve this?

this is in the wrong section

if it's idling that high when it's warming up, that's normal
