My turbo is about to DIE

. I need to know what size turbo comes standard on a gen 1 mx-6? would a t28 off of a skyline be suitable?

.... How do I know it's dying? It sounds terrible, idles like a dog and my boyfriend is performance mechanic.. he specialises in Nissans, that's why neither of us new what size turbo is in my mx... It looks like i am getting a gt28 put on it, if I need a custom manifold to do that, then so be it! Thanks again!
