The 6 is down, Code 1, no start

I'm trying to figure this one out. My check engine light came on and four days later I got got around to checking the codes after the car sputtered a couple times on the way home. It first started out with a code 15 and 17. I was going to replace the O2 sensor but it is stuck in there, so I gave up and put it back together so I could drive it the next day. Only problem is, now it won't start. I'm getting code 1 now in addition to 15 and 17. I have already checked the fuses on the driver's kickpanel and the fuses under the hood next to the battery and they all check out. I have a service manual but don't know how to check the igniter without the SST. Any ideas?

Also, now that the car won't start the second A/C fan no longer comes on. I'm thinking the two problems are related but don't know where to start.

OOPS, I was half asleep when I posted. It was the O2 sensor, not the EGR valve. I just edited the original post. Code 1 is for no spark, so I am looking in that direction.

Nevermind, I figured it out. The connectors at the igniter were corroded.
