blow off = smoke Quick question

Just started to get my car up and running. Its been sitting for about a year. Now when I blow off it smokes. Car pulls hard and is running ok, but its smokes when I blows off?

What could cause this.

Does it blow smoke from the blowoff, under the hood, or from the exhaust?
