On that note, what ever happened to that solid lifter kit?

I was thinking about doing it myself with lash adjusters from the B2200 F2. No need to heat treat. Just modify the F2T rockers.

I would need to know a good MAZDA wrecker that doesn't mind me going through their junk heads.

And no it wouldn't be for use with the stock hyd' cam you can bet your life on that!

Oh to be a KA24 engined car owner. That kind of thing would be as easy as picking up the phone.

Not that the KA24 is a great engine, but at least they have some growing aftermarket support. Not shrinking like the F2T.

How can we ever know the limits of the F2T when every time you find a weak link its a 1 off, custom, arm & leg job?

my hy35 setup will hopefully be done within a few months and it will definitely be dyno'ed. im going for 350whp around ~25psi. its most definitely not going to be easy to make that much power and have it survive. i will also be using the stock intake and exhaust manifold

Not sure what year but as long as it has a 8 valve head it should have mechanical lash adjusters. Edit:- not all of the 8 valves have mechanical lash adjusters. Still not sure which ones do.

To bad I am in Australia, though they shouldn't be too hard to find here.
Would have been easier but the only self serve pick a part in Perth closed down about a year ago.
They make too much money from cars as scrap metal these days to bother parting them out.
