Fastest stock motor F2t and what it took to get there???
Hey all, Im really interested in hearing some Horsepower stories and what it took to get there. What was the setup, standalone? Turbo size and type? Amount of boost? additional supporting mods?
Whatever the record is right now, stay tuned in about 2 weeks time because im hoping to break that record, whatever it is. Car is going in for some additional mods, that should really wake up the top end and complete my stock motor setup!
Lets all hear some stories of what these beastly 4cyl motors can take! And how much the Headgasket can take for that matter lol.

i have never have headgasket problem and i have push my cars like i alway does.
so far i have ran 125 shot nitrous on my n/a once and back to 113shot and the car still holding strong.
i know probe this ran 12.05 sec on his f2t on nitrous
isaac ran 12.50 on stock turbo /nitrous
i ran 12.8 s3ec all boost spining
the jose guy video from florida ran 11.9 sec on his f2t. with 5th injector setup
swin ran 12.7 sec with his vj17 all boost and slick
fall guy ran 12s also on his f2
there was a guy at the local track than ran 11.5sec but i have no idea what his setup was.
you will find f2t running from 11.5 sec to 14sec. i doubt you will break the record without slick and running all out. i will try next week at battle of the import.
hey guys. ya I definately dont plan on breakin any track records this year around probably because I need the tranny and axles to survive at least 1 season. On the other hand, the WHP record will definately be broken if thats the case.
Good luck at battle of import's ademan, you car is very sweet and definately love that underhood setup of yours. Very nice pics in the other thread.

I'm getting the mapdaddy 4 Bar sensor here in a few weeks. We'll see what I can do with a bottom end that has 260k on it
can only push about 20psi on the map sensor i have
same here, i have 2.5bar map sensor and have push it to 26psi on my other red car which i know its not really safe. before i back it down to 21psi. you cant really upgrade the sensor on fcon because its calibrated for that.
last time i ran the turbo car, i can only manage high 12s but the mph didnt look bad at 117mph. im more scare to break anything since i dont want to tow the car back home (50 miles trip). but i do love the nt01 . they are great tires

thanks . i will try, its a task keeping the car straight in 2nd and third, but other than that, launching is not bad. we will see unless it rained out.
I think those WHP records are going to beaten by us in Canada, because were too scared to break axles and trannys on the track lol We like to play safe on dynos versus the track.
Look out though I think MX6gtboi and myself will be both putting out some good WHP numbers this summer... more to come... might be going in the record books...

Let me rephrase this, svtgt is to scared to go to the track lol, i'll definately make it out though with some spring blockers in the rear end, but only running street Falken 902s though so launch is gonna be pretty difficult. On 15psi with this turbo I couldnt do better then 2.3 60fts as 1st and 2nd were useless no matter what I did. The sweet spot though just to maintain that 60ft was feathering the clutch at 2500rpms.
And DAMN I cant believe some of those trap times us mx6ers are putting down. I expected some great times because of the weight of the car, but 126mph from that one car is very very impressive lol. I wonder what his mod list looks like... But yes, the mx6s are definately a force to be reckoned with in Toronto.
Wish somehow we could setup a cross border meet/track day someday...

I hear ya man about breaking [shizzle] 50miles + away from from home lol, id be in the same boat as you, nearest track is over an hour away from home. And damn nice trap times man! Is there away to get a higher reading map sensor for the fcon unit?
Anyone know what the ceiling is for the map sensor in MS2 V3???

The MS comes 'stock' with a 2.5B MAP sensor. You can upgrade to their 3 or 4B. You can also use any type of MAP sensor you like, granted if you wire it in correctly to the board. I'm going with the MAP Daddy 4B sensor here in a few weeks. This Holset HE351 doesn't come "alive" until you hit 20psi and it gets scary if the clutch doesn't slip
