Are these all your mods?
No fuel upgrades?
1.5 bar = 21.75 lbs

Spark:
Does it feel like its missing on 2-3 or 4 cylinders, Missing
GAS. Starving for fuel, Leaning out and stuttering?
You can give it all the spark in the world but it won't help, at that many PSI it needs more gas.
As a possible solution to your problem you are contemplating this:

Getting more air into the engine. Spark was a good first guess but you've gone way off course here. I think at 1.5 bar the engine is getting more then enough air.
You need to look into some fuel management.

I have some questions:
What kind of boost controller has it's lowest setting at almost 1.5bar?
Is it hooked up backwards? are you using it properly?
What good is 17-20lbs if you still have boost cut at +-12lbs?
What good is 17-20lbs if the engine leans out and bogs and hesitates?
Do you know what happens to the stock MX6 turbo when you have the proper fuel and tuning and you boost almost 1.5bar with it?
^Do you know how much smoke an F2T makes when the turbo blow to bits and engine oil is rapidly dumped into the hot exhaust housing (fire departments have been called).
