how do you remove the speedometer cable out of a 1988 mx-6 gt automatic. I got a new one to replace it and i can't figure it all out without having to take the new cable apart.
Are you having trouble pulling out of the tranny or the back of the dash? Suppsedly you can just reach your hand up behind the pedals and detach the cable from the back of the gauges.
I'ts a piece of cake to bake a pretty cake, if the way is hazy
You gotta do the cooking by the book, you know you can't be lazy
you need to remove the cable from the transmission first, are you replacing the upper or the lower section of cable? There is a union beetween firewall and tranny. i have cables as well
