Hey all, posted a while ago about the knocking sound (tha for help, those who answered). turns out it was my friggin power steering pump. Kablooie, no power steering for me.

So I'm gonna be wrenching those arms around trying to parallel park until I can get a replacement one.

I didn't see the original posting, but when anyone describes a problem as a knocking sound, one would assume you're referring to a knocking motor.

hmmmm so i guess i was a bit right..
i took off all belts and when the one from my waterpump wasnt on anymore the noise was gone...
so i guess it could have been the same way for u to find where it came from.
could luck having it fixxed.
