• 2008-01-15 : Started building a sandblasting box and tried to remove a bolt from my new turbo
• 2008-01-16 : Drilled out the broken bolt from my new turbo
• 2008-01-22 : Another trip to Orebro, got some exhaust stuf and oil cooler kit for my gearbox
• 2008-01-25 : Removed the turbo + manifold to be able to start with my new manifold for my new turbo
• 2008-01-28 : Got my TD05H-16G turbo gaskets and started on my new ehaust manifold
• 2008-02-01 : Welded together my first collector
• 2008-02-04 : Cut some pipes for a new collector
• 2008-02-08 : Spot welded the new collector
• 2008-02-09 : Got shield gas for welding and welded the collector
• 2008-02-15 : Started welding the manifold
• 2008-02-19 : Continued with my new manifold. #2 & #3 design is done. Took some pics of gearbox oilcooler
• 2008-02-25 : Continued with my new manifold. Almost done
• 2008-02-27 : Continued with my new manifold. All the runners are done.
• 2008-02-28 : Continued with my new manifold. Started seamwelding the thing.
• 2008-03-04 : Continued with my new manifold. Recived my new Throttlebody
• 2008-03-05 : Continued with my new manifold. Cleaned the welds and started to put the manifold together
• 2008-03-06 : Continued with my new manifold. Welded all the parts together, more work is still needed.
• 2008-03-07 : Continued with my new manifold. First testfit with a "complete" manifold. Ran into first problem, WG doesnt fit.
• 2008-03-11 : Started modifying my old DP.
• 2008-03-12 : Ported my manifold and made an WG-pipe.
• 2008-03-14 : DP work, middlepipe work. Added another O2 bung instead of moving down the other one
• 2008-03-21 : Finished the middlepipe and got my new radiator
• 2008-03-22 : Midifyed the turbo to IC pipe and made a bolt on pipe for the turbo
• 2008-03-25 : Started on a WG bracket. Modifyed the exhaust manifold and DP
• 2008-03-26 : Got the WG bracket like I wanted it and fixed the oilreturn
• 2008-03-28 : Finished the exhaust manifold for the second time. Ported the DP and cleaned some stuff
• 2008-03-29 : Got a new jack and started mounting everything and getting the car ready for a test run
• 2008-04-02 : Alpha testdrive: TD05H-16G turbo + new manifold
• 2008-04-04 : Bought some stuff, pipe couplers...
• 2008-04-05 : Made a working WG bracket, started on new DP and built IC pipes for a 850 T5
• 2008-04-04 : Bought some stuff, pipe couplers etc.
• 2008-04-05 : Made a working WG bracket. Cut my DP to pieces and built IC pipes for a friends 850 T5
• 2008-04-06 : More DP work
• 2008-04-08 : Started on a TB adapter in school
• 2008-04-11 : Top part of DP is ready
• 2008-04-15 : Managed to get the exhaust housing out so that I can weld my DP
• 2008-04-16 : Finnished my DP. Wirebrushed both the manifold and DP.
• 2008-04-19 : Got my sandblasting box done. Blasted the welds on my manifold. Started putting the stuff back into the car
• 2008-04-20 : Installed my new radiator and took it for its second testdrive
• 2008-04-28 : Got my struts ready for sandblasting
• 2008-04-30 : Sealed my sandblasting box and painted front left GT hub
• 2008-05-05 : Found and bought a rare grille at the junkyard
• 2008-05-06 : Finnished sandblasting the struthousings and primerd them
• 2008-05-08 : Welded the rustholes in the struthousings and painted them with hammerite paint
• 2008-05-09 : Bought longer bolts for the Koni inserts and started installing them
• 2008-05-10 : Replaced the front struthousings with non-AAS struts which were sandblasted and primerd
• 2008-05-12 : Painted my new front struthousings with hammerite paint. Test fitted the new grille. Test fitted the tranny oil cooler. Started to get the car ready for inspection
• 2008-05-13 : Continued on getting the car ready for inspection
• 2008-05-14 : INSPECTION DAY! Went right thru
• 2008-06-01 : Preparing car for final install of new turbo part
• 2008-06-03 : Removing more parts
• 2008-06-05 : Getting the front ready for paint
• 2008-06-07 : Painted the front with primer
• 2008-06-08 : Painted lower part of the front with body paint
• 2008-06-11 : Topcoat is on, on the front
• 2008-06-16 : Sandblasted most of the brackets for the enginebay
• 2008-06-19 : Got the drive axles ready for paint
• 2008-06-26 : Welded the diff pin
• 2008-06-30 : Recieved my new SPEC stage 3 clutch kit
• 2008-07-24 : Preparing to remove the old tranny
