The rotors are made by Coleman racing and I already talked to them and they said that they dont make that style rotor anymore but I could send out my rotors and they could make a custom set for like $75 to $100. The master cylinders are made by tilton. the rear calipers are wilwood Dynalite's and the front calipers are made by AP Racing.

Um, that video involved a grand total of NO driving at all. Isn't that what cars are for?

I was overwhelmed and distraught with disappointment as well.

I guess we can't eat cake, but we can look at it.

hay if you want to see it driving I'll take it on the road and tape it but as far as video or pics on track I don't have any and probably wont have any, considering the place that I was planning on autox it doesn't have a site to race at. I bought the car about a year and a half ago in October, I figured it was a good time to buy it because it would give me time to get it ready over winter for racing in the spring. Unfortunately I didn't get much time to work on it that winter, and I found out the club that was holding the autox events didn't have a site for 2007 so I kind of just let it sit all summer and I decided to work on it again when winter came back. So I started to work on it again and got the motor back up to shape. It took some time and money but the motor runs great now. But again for the second year in a row the club I was going to race it at doesn't have a site so I am trying to sell it to somebody else that might actually get to use it.

on ebay now for sale eBay Motors: 1988 Mazda MX6 GT SCCA Race Car (item 200208468710 end time Mar-23-08 18:59:42 PDT)

im looking for something like this

let me know if you ever want to get rid of it she looks really nice

I just wanted to show everybody what Ive been working on for the last year. A lot of people were wondering what happened to this car, what happened was I bought it in oct. 2006, and yes it was the one on ebay. I checked it all out and it needed some engine help. So I took the engine apart and rebuilt it. The rings were really bad and the cyl. walls had some scoring but nothing some honing couldn't fix. Pistons were ok, crank was ok, the rods were good, the bearings had some wear marks in them (replaced them) and plasti gaged them they where all good. Oil pump was really bad (replaced it), all I can say is that after looking at the cyl. walls, oil pump, and bearings that the last person did a really bad job of rebuilding it. It looked like they never cleaned it before they put it together. Put a new water pump in and timing belt and everything else that goes along with a tune up except wires they were still good. I also rebuilt the turbo the shaft had way to much play. I took apart the fuel cell and cleaned it out and resealed it. I put the motor back in on Sat. and started it up and it runs great. Then I noticed a small problem with the electrical system the power would come and go so I checked the main power switch and its bad, new switch is on order. The needle on the tach also fell off so I glued it back on. I know I'm forgetting things that I did but I cant remember, It has been a year that I've been working on it.[/quote]
