A good friend of mine has had this car for a while. and it ran pretty damn good on the stock turbo. the turbo blew up, and the car has sat for 2 years. long story short, he needed it gone, so i picked it up. got the rolling chassis w everything in it for free! im gonna give him some money for the hy35 setup he has sitting in the trunk though!! couple quick pics
plans right now are to get it up and running with the hy35, 2.5 hard pipes and fmic, then off to pass emissions!! eventually ill crank the boost but for now im hoping it will replace my 94 as a daily over the winter time while i try to squeeze in time to finish the SHO swap. I might be selling my 93 as well
anyways. kinda excited to be back!

“One thing I’ve noticed over the years is that if you drive into London at 6am, half of the cars on the roads are Porsches and Astons. Whereas if you go in at ten to nine, they’re all Renaults. Simple solution, then. You want a nice car? Get up earlier and do more work.”
I haven't been motivated to do anything to mine because there's really nobody to chase besides Ademan, and he seems to blow a lot of motors.

wth you get that information. actually all my xcars are running great and fast, when you try something new, you bound to make mistake, you learn from then and make you a better tuner. i just finished tuning my n/a and called out all 1st gen or turbo 2nd gen to test the care against, so far only 2 people agree. but its been raining all week. dont worry i will make a video of 0-150mph pull on n/a turbo pretty soon
ooh...also glad to see you kept the sho setup...was disappointed when you put it up for sale, and timing was way off for me to do anything about it, as I had just bought a 2g days before...congrats on the new f2, though, they are always if nothing else a good car to fall back on if you kill everything else, like I like to do...
Well, I am glad to see that you are back behind the wheel of a F2T car, no matter what it is. I am currently finishing the setup of my FE-DOHC Turbo and am now chasing a serious boost leak. Lets see some serious shredding of that interior and additional power. I loved the handling in my 89 PGT and witsh that I could have saved it, but the cancer was to deep.
Z you planning on stock ECU and and 460's or some F-Con madness?
Nitrous is like a hot chick with a STD..... you know you wanna hit it, but you are afraid of the consequences.....

Your built motor blew on the dyno, then you just overrevved something or other.
I'm just making fun man. You don't really post enough what's going on for me to feel motivated to try to chase you. It's all cloak and dagger stuff with you.
I'd get ready and run you or something, but you're way too far away lol.

-my 93 turbo -disty just went out...it has absolutely no traction at 11psi, i can even peel 4th from a roll while the intake temps are low. it also runs e85 so its gonna be impossible to start it during the winter. if i get heavier wider tires and start putting the power down, im afraid its gonna start breaking stuff. i think im ready to sell it
- my 94 has oil leaks, needs minor maintenance all around, its kinda beat up and i want something with more get up for a daily. its up at 242K miles. im sure something major is bound to fail soon
- my sho project.... ugh.....the steering rack froze while it has been parked. it also needs the engine lowered about 1/2" before it will clear the hood. gonna have to cut out the frame some to clear the y pipe too. wire in ecu....
- the f2t needs a turbo and intercooler pipes to be up and running. it will need to pass emissions, and i would love to have the f2t for a daily driver again. I have the hy35 setup and could easily tear into it and start making some good power, but I really dont want to spend the money right now. it'll need fmic setup, injectors, megasquirt, new clutch. thats a good 1K i dont feel like spending, dont really have the time right now either
ideally. all i ever wanted was a decent daily, and 1 project car. and look what i got myself into. atleast now i live in a house where i can store my cars. 3 car garage what what??

I do not want to hear your bitching. Have you SEEN my collection?
Notice that the Escort is absent from the picture.

The only stock vehicle i have is the 2000 Cherokee with 175k miles.
The MX6 is actually probably the most reliable at this point.
Celica and Escort are HUGE projects.
Miata is far more modded than i should have bought.
I fail so hard.
The Celica is my favorite. 'nuff said.
