Anyone ever seen one? I haven't. Doesn't have to be factory which they must not have come in that color.
Just find it odd, because I think they look great in that color.
If you haven't guessed.... It's time to do away with this crap. I'm tired of looking at it. I think it got a maaco job after someone hit the previous owner and turned it into a salvage title. There's over spray on some of the black trim. Personally not sure which of the above I want to do though.
FYI, the color on this is supposed to be this exact one:
90 626 GT. "Greenie" | 02 Focus SE "Foci" | I has green wheels.

Thanks for posting that, it looks excellent. Definity makes me want to go with that color. looks very similar to sunrise red as well. Can't wait to see the finished product

I think it boiled down to the MX6 being a sporty car and the 626 being a more conservative family car I would guess that's why the 626 got some of colors it did.The graceful red mica color is the maroon color right. I know the first MX6 GT I had was that color...beautiful color when new BTW.
just noticed your trim is chrome... mine is black. wonder if that's the difference from 88-89 vs 90-92? I think the chrome trim would actually look really nice with the red.
btw you might as well try what I'm doing paint wise. very cheap. thats about spot on to what I paid for mine too
