mx6gt vs mx6lx

after my clutch installation on my naT, (lx) turn the boost down to break in the clutch at 18psi.

my old gt was just recently retune on 660 injectors and 23 psi, he put down 330ish whp. we raced the car against each other , setups are identical except mine on gt35r on 18psi, hes on 23psi on t4e 50trim .

we did couple of 20mph roll and 40mph roll. my 3rd gear syncro is done, but you get the idea.the camera should have been possition a little better both here

both on e85 with 100% alcohol injection,bigger injectors and fcon

Are the injectors the only things upgraded? If so, 23 psi is impressive. When I boost past 12 psi, my auto tranny shudders a bit, so I'm keeping it at about 10 at the moment.

Even though I have a Gen2 - thanks for making me smile that you are boosting with an Auto Tranny.

on the gt? injectors, turbo. This is not a stock turbo car. but the boost is actually more in like 23.7psi, so you could either say 23psi or 24psi. but is a completely stock f2T with felpro headgasket torque to 70ft lb. on stock head bolt.

TwoPedal, apparently, you have an auto tranny as well! Actually, I've had two cars - an auto and a manual-tranny car for many years, starting with a 68 Cougar that I bought for $300. Since then, I had a Monte Carlo, RX3 coupe, and my MX6 GT (since 97). I have to say that this tranny is the best of them all.

Ah, that explains the super-high boost levels. I noticed that my boost spikes after the tranny shifts but with the aftermarket chip, that isn't a problem.
