A/C is functioning properly...

Hi, my a/c fan switch is not working properly. 1 & 2 blows air but does not cool off the air. 3 & 4 cools but does not blows any air. So I have to keep the a/c fan switch on to 1/2 for 10/20 seconds and then put the switch back on to 3/4 until the cool air blows...any suggestion??

Do you just have to do that once or manually switch it back and forth every few minutes? Sounds like the compressor is just warming up to produce the cold air you want. I know the 6 has a week AC fan so that might also be part of the problem.
