Hearing turbo spool normal?

I also wanted to know if it was normal to hear the turbo whistle, it's not lowd but you can deffinitely notice it. On the eclipses and wrx I dont hear them like mine. I checked the intercoller hoses and turbo hoses, could it be the bypass valve or something?

My car has come a long way since I got it and hopefully will complete it's transformation.

Normal nothing, I think it's the best part of the car. I love hearing the metallic whir right before I get pushed back in my seat.

Don't just let it go yet. Sometimes our cars like to have the exhaust manifold come loose. Just check all your manifold bolts and make sure they are tight. If it isn't that then I wouldn't worry about it.
