Dark Side Racing 3" T304 Exhaust

I contacted Dark Side Racing and they quoted me $600 from turbo-back exhaust system which is stainless steel. I am really tempted to buy this kit. I just want to know if anyone has bought one of these systems from Dark Side Racing. Oh, I keep forgetting to ask them: Does anyone know if there is a cat included?

DarkSide Racing...... sounds little scary.
There are no mass produced SS turbo-back exhausts period!!!

I think that they are pulling your leg . Ask them to show you a pic. The Only cat back exhaust. for a GT is the HKS cat-back. System is pretty good ,...but there is only one flaw . Muffler is ugly as hell . It looks too much stock.
Ask mx6gt91 what he thinks about HKS.

I've never dealt with them. As far as I understand that's without a cat. You can find pics and info here:

I'm good.

You havent been on the site for a little while. A tread earlier was post about these people when you wernt here. They were found on ebay, there well known with DSM owners

Is it acutally going to use the Megan mufflers?? If so I want one of these mufflers. They are top quality mufflers and they sound damn good. I want the N1 3in inlet!!!!!!!!

I'm ordering one, I just have to get my car-sound cat first. I don't want to order it and have it sit around because I don't have a cat to install with it...that'll drive me nuts watching it sit on my floor

the N1 style muffler..is that the "tunable" muffler with the baffle thingy?

I like the look of the GT style better. I looked on Ebay and found most Megan mufflers were $50-$75, but had MSRP of $100-$250.

MX6GT91- what do you think of the sound of the Megan racing mufflers vs Magnaflow (which is what I want to get) and have you ever heard the Megan Racing mufflers on a turbo car?

Well Ive never heard the mufflers on a turbo car. My friends has one on his Celica and its really deep. I know someone that has one on his Prelude. Hes got a header highflow-cat no resonator and theres no buzz at all. His looks like an older modle though.

The pacesetter system is a cat back as well. I would go with that if I had to do it all over, it's decent quality. Everyone rags on them but yet very few actually have seen one in person.

So the stainless steel system is $475? Or the non stainless steel system is? I talked to Tom and he quoted me $600. Is he pulling my leg?

My mom has one on her car. It was alright, but the exhaust tips are ugly. I swaped it out for a stainless muffler, it wasnt even 3 weeks of having the exhaust on the car and the muffler had rust falling out of it.

IMO there mufflers suck, so far the rest of the exhaust is holding up great though. Besides the black coating which burned off within 30secs. You cant see that anyway

Call me stupid but I've been reading posts for the past 9 months and I still can't figure out what IMO stands for. Can someone help the newbie out here?
