Did you deal with Sam directly? We had some issues with my VF flange and his design which wasn't correct due to someone elses error. In the end, we sorted everything out and went from there. BMRace is totally professional and does top notch work.

Yes, Sam and I sat down at the PC connected to his flange cutting CNC machine (he has 3) and spent a few hours futzing with the originally designed flange, which, incidentally, was the FIRST flange he ever designed (the IHI-RHB5-VJ11). Then we modded it a couple more times, eventually adding in a notch for the wastegate hinge (because I was paranoid it might hit) and a notch for the little fence that is welded on to protrude into the turbine housing.

Then James (his son) spent the rest of Saturday evening, and some Sunday morning to come up with what you guys saw. We had to mod it a bit to get a nut on by dimpling the tube a bit, but it doesnt affect flow as the actual hole in the flange is matched to the size of the turbine housing outlet which is smaller than 2.5 inches.

BTW, it was all tig welded.

What is an llist?

I will make the appropriate entry in the Bulk Buy or for sale section when I get them done. Are you talking about the first version I made or are you interested in the next version that goes to a NON STOCK 3 inch flange for a 3 inch downpipe?

Lets compare the German o2 housing on eBay to mine

Their version:
chrome?
smaller primary tube
wastegate tube at 90 degree angle
thin flanges
far too expensive
shipped from Germany

My version:
Big primary tube
Wastegate tube is collected and a very sharp angle down
no ghetto chrome
cnc lathed flange to match the turbine housing exactly
cheaper
Made in the USA and shipped from Texas.

I think this picture says it all (other than I can't take very good pics, heh)

Well... first, Im not a crook, second, Im not looking to get rich on these things, third, I own an mx6 and will use this product, 4th, I wouldnt sell someone something I wouldnt use on my own car, 5th, ive been self employed for many years, 20+, and have other businesses, and 6th, ive been on this site since 2000 when Scooby and I agreed he would use mx6.com and I would use 4ws.com. OH and I take ALL credit cards, Discover, Amex, whatever, so if I DID try to screw someone, they just call their credit card company and tell them.

As far as I remember, he never even made 1 single 1 that was bolted on and tested. I could be wrong. But its a MOOT POINT ANWAY. I PROMISE that if I take orders, it will take no more than 30 days to deliver the finished product, and if I foresee that it will, I will proptly refund the money. Perhaps unlike Mr Speed, I dont have to have the money up front to fund the parts and labor to make them. Maybe that was his issue, I dunno.

Again, Moot point.. Lets just all get excited that I made somthing that both works well and is duplicatable for a reasonable amount of money.
