Drag strip suspension
I was wondering what kind of suspension other people are using for straight line 1/4 mile track use. I am currently using tokico blues and intrax springs. I also have the rstb, rear tie bar, and rear sway bar removed because I don't think it does anything for the 1/4 mile. I may be wrong, that's why I am asking. I am no suspension expert, so I am looking for other people's opinions. I also wanted to know what the front sway bar does for a track car, if it helps or not. I noticed my car squats down hard in the back, which I think is a bad thing because it will lift the weight of the front and loose traction. Any advice would be great.

Well, you want higher spring rates in the rear, that's for sure. Sway bars prevent flex between wheels during cornering, which isn't a concern in a straight line (I'm not 100% sure about the sway bars, but I can't see them helping). On a track car it's ludicrous to race without them.
