Cool having trouble finishing my t3

ok i just changed my stock turbo to a t3 now its all compleate exept for my blow off valve and my manual boost controller ive traide many many ways but my boost keeps reading 20 plus and my blow off valve has no effect what to do what to do sombody out thaire with pics on how to set up my vacum lines or just some idea of the set up

Internal wastegate? If so you only need a line from the turbo compressor housing barb to the MBC then from there to the wastegate actuator. Make sure the MBC is plumbed in the right direction if it's a ball/spring type.

The BOV just uses vacuum off the intake manifold. Either use the same line that was used on the stock BPV or tee off a line at the intake manifold behind the throttlebody.

Check your wastegate actuator. See if it opens when you put 7-8 PSI to it from a bicycle pump.

1990 2.2 Turbo mx6, stripped body ,CT26 Turbo,water-Air intercooler, Hi-flow intake and head, Bully clutch, Megasquirt.
Also a 1993 MX6 2.0L and a 1994 Black MX6 V6 (RWD project)
